Runaway moped caught by police found with '30 bags of drugs'

Police have seized 30 bags of drugs after an offender ‘made off’ on a moped in Rochdale. Officers also took the moped after realising the driver had no insurance and was wanted over criminal damage allegations.

The offender was taken into custody. The force apologised to all those ‘who didn’t have their drugs delivered last night’. This action was part of a number of ‘enforcement days’ being conducted by Greater Manchester Police in the area this week.
