Roy Keane has singled out four Manchester United players who he believes 'refused to run around' during Sunday's embarrassing 4-1 defeat to Manchester City.
United were accused of throwing in the towel on a thoroughly dismal afternoon which saw Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez net a brace apiece for the hosts.
Jadon Sancho briefly restored parity midway through the second half, but City never looked like relinquishing the advantage after the mercurial De Bruyne put them back in front on 22 minutes.When the third went in on 68 minutes minutes to go, United's intensity levels appeared to drop, something that caught the attention of Keane in the Sky Sports studio.
He said: "City are a fantastic team and that's why they are champions. You hoped the subs who came on would have an impact but they're not prepared to run around, couple of lads in midfield, Wan-Bissaka, Fred, Maguire, Rashford, I could go on."You've got to run back and you've got to tackle.
