Road closed off after police car involved in three-vehicle smash

A road in Trafford is shut after a three-vehicle smash involving a police car. The crash happened on Washway Road, near the junction with Stanley Mount, at around 1.25pm today (Sunday).

Three vehicles, including a police car, collided. A stretch of the road remains closed off this afternoon after the crash. According to traffic alert service Inrix, it is shut between Marsland Road and Selsey Avenue.
