The 23-year-old joined City for £27m from Palmeiras in 2016 and has scored a combined 63 goals in 139 games for City. However, he is still often forced to play second fiddle to the Blues' record scorer Sergio Aguero, although he is likely to see the season out as City's main striker with Aguero sidelined due to a knee problem.
Rivaldo believes City is the best club for Jesus' career development amid speculation linking him with a move to Inter Milan.
