RICHARD Madeley took another swipe at Piers Morgan calling his Life Stories interview with Sir Keir Starmer "toe curling". The presenter aired his views on Piers' chat with the Labour leader on Good Morning Britain today.
The Life Stories host billed the interview as an intimate chat with Kier as "you've never seen him before." But Richard, 65, went on to say today: "Seriously, it was a bit embarrassing." Sir Keir could be seen choking back tears while talking about the death of his mum during the hour-long chat.
He lost his mother Josephine weeks before he was sworn in as an MP back in May 2015. He also reflected on his childhood growing up in Surrey and his mum's battle with a rare form of arthritis.
