Miriam Haley, one of the victims in the Harvey Weinstein case, told the court on Wednesday that the sexual assault had crushed her confidence and caused lasting mental and emotional scars.
Haley, a former production assistant on “Project Runway,” testified at the trial that Weinstein forcibly performed oral sex on her at his Soho apartment in 2006, while she yelled “no” over and over.
