Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

A religious studies teacher is accused of inappropriate behaviour involving a life-size cut-out of the Pope. The former head of religious studies at a Welsh school allegedly "simulated sexualised actions" in a Harlem Shake video, a hearing was told Andrew Phillip Jones is reported to have made the actions in the clip with the cut-out Pontiff alongside pupils, who were using model penises when they made a video of the internet craze in 2013.

Mr Jones is also accused of attending a nightclub with a pupil after prom and sending Facebook messages to three pupils, including inviting one student to lunch and sending a picture of his house.
