Raphael Varane has hailed Manchester United team-mate Paul Pogba as a "leader" within the United camp, as well as hinting at just how big a role his fellow countryman played in convincing him to make the switch to Old Trafford.
Varane, who will be hoping to feature for France when they face Spain in the final of the UEFA Nations League in Italy on Sunday evening, joined United in August in a big-money deal from Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The experienced centre-back's decision to join United saw him team up with fellow countryman Pogba, with the United midfielder seemingly playing a key role in filling the former's brain full of knowledge about the club.
