Walter Smith was given a massive final Rangers send off at Ibrox as hundreds of fans paid their respects as his funeral cortege passed by the Glasgow stadium this afternoon.Lanark-born Smith, who died on October 26 aged 73, won 21 trophies during two spells at Rangers, and many supporters were decked out in club colours or waving flags as the procession drove towards Paisley Road West.Applause rang out amongst those lining the streets outside Ibrox, in emotional scenes.A public memorial will be held on Friday, November 19, for the former Rangers and Scotland manager, who led the light blues to the UEFA Cup final, at Glasgow Cathedral, which will be broadcast live for free on Rangers TV.Follow Lanarkshire Live Sport onTwitter via@LanLiveSpor
