It is believed Sterling and City are relaxed about the situation.Ex-Liverpool ace Sterling, 26, earns £300,000-a-week at present - and is looking for a significant pay rise in his next contract.As is their way, City intend to meet those demands through their lucrative bonus schemes.One of the reasons for negotiations stalling is thought to be down to Sterling dropping his long-time agent two months ago.The £44million forward is no longer looked after by Aidy.
