Brexit seems to have fallen by the wayside over recent months due to the coronavirus pandemic and travel restrictions in place across the country.
Scotland is following UK Government guidance on travel, which it takes from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and while some destinations are opening up, many are still on the 'red' list - you can check the latest updates here.
And while travel overseas is still limited, as more people are vaccinated and outbreaks of Covid variants are identified and controlled, restrictions will continue to lift, which means more people will be keen to book a foreign getaway.But this is when Brexit and the changes that are now in place for travelling abroad come into play.
