People have been spotted gathering to buy ice creams, heading to B&Q and buying cocktails despite lockdown rules. Two ice cream vans set up stall in Cardiff Bay in the nice weather even though lockdown measures have been extended.
People visiting the Bay for their daily exercise described it as "crazy", WalesOnline reports. One wrote: "It was packed at 2pm today.
Ice cream vans open. Coffee shop. Sunbathers. No social distancing at all. Crazy." Police have urged people to stay at home unless it is essential for them to go out or they are taking their daily exercise.
