16-week-old Jaffa and Oreo were found in critical condition along with their mother, hiding among the dump in Romania. Their mum has since been rehomed but the pups are currently housed at Flori’s Friend Rescue's EU shelter and will be travelling to the UK on September 23 for a chance at rehabilitation.
