Primary school's beloved learning bus trashed by vandals

direct to your inboxA double-decker bus used as a learning space for children with special needs was trashed by vandals.The play area of St Hugh of Lincoln RC Primary in Stretford was broken into on Saturday night.The converted nurture bus was wrecked during the break-in, as well as a 'hobbit house' play area for reception children.The windows of the bus were smashed and interior ruined.

Empty alcohol bottles were left strewn all over the floor.Headteacher Mark Mountcastle described the break-in as 'sickening'."It's been completely trashed," he said."There were empty bottles of Malibu and rum on the floor.
