The pressures of lockdown proved too much for a 16-year-old Motherwell boy who had a row with his parents in the early hours.The teenager, who was already subject to a court curfew order, stormed out of the flat.He was arrested and at Hamilton Sheriff Court admitted breaching bail and threatening or abusive behaviour on May 1.The court heard police officers attended after a report at 3am and found the accused sitting under a tree between Doonside Tower and Shields Road.When he saw them he made off and ran into a nearby tower block.The officers followed and when they realised he’d gone into a lift they waited on a landing for him to emerge.The lad then became abusive, shouting and swearing at the officers.
