Woody McClain, one of the breakouts of Starz’s hit Power Book II: Ghost, has signed with APA for representation. The actor gained notices for portraying Bobby Brown in BET’s The New Edition Story and The Bobby Brown Story, earning him NAACP Image Award nominations for outstanding actor in a TV movie, limited series or dramatic special in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
His current work on Ghost is also drawing eyeballs. The spinoff of Power, the drama from executive producers Courtney A. Kemp and fellow APA client Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, set the record for most watched new series for Starz.
