Police are investigating a suspected arson attack at a home in Stalybridge. Firefighters were called to reports of a fire at the property in Huddersfield Road, Carrbrook, shortly after 3am on Wednesday (August 21).
No one is believed to have been injured in the blaze. It is understood that the incident is being treated as a suspected arson attack.
No arrests have been made. Officers attended along with colleagues from the Fire Service and the fire was extinguished. "Thankfully, no injuries have been reported.
