Two teenage boys arrested after a 65-year-old man was attacked at a bus station have been released on bail, police have confirmed.
The 'defenceless' victim was left fighting for his life following the 'sickening' incident at Stockport Interchange on Tuesday evening (April 23).
Two 14-year-old boys were later arrested on suspicion of assault and taken into custody for questioning, Greater Manchester Police said on Thursday.
