A man was arrested at Manchester Victoria after he told a teenager on a train he would 'stab him' if he didn't give him his phone.
Connor Hetherington, from Bury, boarded the Northern train at Wigan Wallgate on Saturday, March 23. He 'began to act in an anti-social manner', the British Transport Police (BTP) said.
The 31-year-old then started talking to the teenage victim on the train, which was heading for Hindley. He asked him if he had music on his phone, but 'when shut down', told him: "If you don’t give me your phone, I’m going to wrag (sic) you about everywhere and stab you." The 'lone teenager' handed him his phone. It was only handed back to him when the other two people with Hetherington 'pressured him into giving it back'.
