A man was rushed to hospital after being attacked during a 'disturbance' in Wigan. Police and paramedics descended on Darlington Road East at around 8.15pm amid reports of a 'disturbance at an address'.
A man was taken to hospital after a suspected assault. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said his injuries are not thought to be life-changing or life-threatening.

No arrests have been made. Police said officers believe 'the suspect was known to the victim' with no wider risk to the community.
