Piers Morgan's career has spanned huge highs, but it hit a very low point this week when he left Good Morning Britain. The journalist-turned-TV presenter, 55, quit GMB after huge backlash over his comments about Meghan Markle.
Meghan had said she was suicidal while a working member of the Royal Family, but Piers didn't believe her, a sentiment that saw him slammed by a mental heath charity and sparked 41,000 viewer complaints.
Piers has worked as a journalist for over three decades, starting off in the local press before moving to the national papers.
In 2015 he joined Good Morning Britain, and brought the show huge ratings thanks to his on-air rants and ferocious interviewing style.
