Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week.

ITV confirmed last night that Piers had quit GMB following discussions with ITV over his comments about Meghan Markle 's interview with Oprah Winfrey.
After the announcement, Piers announced that he had "trusted his gut" and this morning defiantly said that he still did not believe the Duchess of Sussex had suffered from suicidal thoughts and that "freedom of speech is a hill [he] is happy to die on".
When asked where he's planning on sending out his CV to next, Piers joked: "What's the Sky money like at the moment?" before bursting out laughing.
