The This Morning duo were back in the ITV studio to present the show, socially distanced, but have been working with a 'skeleton crew' since the strict lockdown measures were put in place.
But it seems leaving them with few people has left them on the nervous side. During Thursday's show after returning from a competition link, Holly and Phil appeared to be gazing up into thin air.
And it's all because of a worrying, tell-tale sign from the crew. "There's nothing more disconcerting...we don't have a big crew in here but when the entire crew are walking around and just looking up," Phillip said.
