PETER Andre looked almost unrecognisable as he showed off his unruly, frizzy hair - in desperate need of a trim. The 48-year-old star begged Prime Minister Boris Johnson to re-open barber shops in the post's caption, with salons not expected to open until 12 April amid lockdown rules.

The father-of-four shared a peek at his messy locks in a video shared to his Instagram page, set to the song Help! by The Beatles.

In the clip, Peter looks unimpressed as he raises his eyebrows at the camera, clearly unhappy with his look. He wrote alongside the video: "Open the barber’s Boris. @borisjohnsonuk #openthebarbers" Fans flocked to the comment section to share their reaction, with many in hysterics at Peter's current hair.
