Boris Johnson has confirmed that pubs, hairdressers and gyms will open next Monday.Step 2 of the Prime Minister's roadmap out of lockdown is set to go ahead as planned in February with April 12 marking the first day since January 5 that punters can flock to beer gardens.Mr Johnson told how he looks forward to lifting a pint in a pub garden as soon as next week.The Prime Minister also stated no one will need a Covid-19 passport for entry to venues.
Non-essential high street shops have also been given the green light to open, ending months of town centres becoming ghost towns.Theme Parks including Alton Towers and Thorpe Park can welcome families and thrill-seekers once more as can zoos, libraries and community centres.Mr Johnson was joined.
