Perth Sheriff Court this week. Forty-nine-year-old Robert Basterfield, of Riggs Road, was jailed for 13 months on Tuesday after he admitted showing drawings of male genitalia to two women who were working in the jail at the time.
One was a banker and the other a housing officer.But the accused had already spent the equivalent of an 18-month sentence on remand - and was immediately released after Sheriff William Wood backdated the sentence to June 19 last year.
Basterfield, previously described as a danger to women, had a second Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPA) imposed at Perth Sheriff Court on November 26, 2019.
