Perth and Kinross school pupils will not be required to socially distance or wear face coverings on school transport when they return in August.
The news follows First Minister Nicola Sturgeon’s anticipated announcement on Thursday (July 30).The first minister said physical distancing would be done “where possible” in Scotland’s secondary schools but not if it meant schools could not then open fully to all pupils.Perth and Kinross schools will reopen to pupils from August 12 with a phased approach.
