All Points East 2022 will wrap up on Sunday (August 28) with a headline performance from Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds  – check out the full stage and performance times below.The annual festival in London’s Victoria Park kicked off last Friday (August 19) with a headline show from Gorillaz, who were supported by IDLES, Turnstile, Yves Tumor, Self Esteem, Femi Kuti, Obongjayar, NewDad, Remi Wolf, Gabriels, Ibeyi, Nia Archives and Willow Kayne.The following night, Field Day returned to the park with co-headline slots from The Chemical Brothers and Kraftwerk, while this weekend will welcome shows from Tame Impala (Thursday, August 25) The National (Friday, August 26), Disclosure (Saturday, August 27).On Sunday, Nick Cave will be joined by a stacked supporting bill including Radiohead side project The Smile, Michael Kiwanuka, Sleaford Mods, Japanese Breakfast and more.Also on the bill are space rockers Spiritualized, acclaimed poet Kae Tempest, jazz pianist and composer Robert Glasper.

Willow Kayne has released a jagged new single called ‘Rat Race’ that sees the musician sing about a “nice little existential crisis”.The track follows on from Kayne’s debut EP ‘Playground Antics’ and the previously released singles ‘White City’ and ‘Final Notice’.Kayne wrote ‘Rat Race’ when she was “going through a little crisis; the music business sometimes makes me feel like I am a lottery ticket among millions of others,” she explained. “To sum it up briefly, it’s about the moment when you ask yourself ‘Am I doing this right? Or better yet, what AM I doing?’.”Check out the track below:Speaking to NME earlier this week at the Gorillaz date of All Points East Festival, Kayne confirmed the track was part of a bigger project.“This next project is about my experience in London, and in this industry as well,” she said.

Willow Kayne has discussed her new single ‘Rat Race’, telling NME the track is a “diary entry tune”.Speaking backstage at All Points East festival, the Bristol-born singer-songwriter explained that the track, out today (August 22), is part of a new project.“This next project is about my experience in London, and in this industry as well,” she said. “‘Rat Race’ is about my perception on London and how everything is so fast, and you’ve got to keep up.

Gorillaz headlined London’s All Points East last night (August 19) and debuted a new collaboration with Tame Impala and Bootie Brown – watch them play ‘New Gold’ below.The band played the Victoria Park festival to kick off the second part of their 2022 European tour, and were supported by IDLES, Turnstile, Yves Tumor, Self Esteem, Femi Kuti, Obongjayar, NewDad, Remi Wolf, Gabriels, Ibeyi, Nia Archives and Willow Kayne.During their headline set, they brought out a bounty of special guests including De La Soul, Happy Mondays‘ Shaun Ryder, Popcaan, Moonchild Sanelly and Mos Def.Half way through the set, they then debuted a brand new song called ‘New Gold’, featuring Tame Impala and Bootie Brown.

All Points East festival, with Kenny Beats, Self Esteem, Sherelle and more on the line-up.Ray-Ban X APE present The Summer Sessions will take place ahead of the main festival weekends between August 19-28, with shows scheduled for May, June and July.Sherelle will kick off the sessions on May 26 at Colour Factory in Hackney Wick, where she’ll be joined by LCY, Nia Archives and Foundation FM.On June 9, producer Kenny Beats and his Friends headlines Camden’s KOKO, featuring special guest Knucks and others.The series ends on July 14, where Self Esteem will be playing Earth at Hackney for an intimate set. This show is the final chance to catch her in London before All Points East.Tickets for all three shows will go on sale this Thursday (May 12) at 10am.

Willow Kayne has released new single ‘Final Notice’ alongside a Human Traffic-inspired video – check it out below.‘Final Notice’ is the first new material Kayne has released since she dropped debut EP ‘Playground Antics’ earlier this year.The track is, according to a press release, “a love letter to the junglist stylings of her hometown of Bristol” and sees Kayne hitting back at those trying to control her art. “I won’t be a clone of your other projects,” she sings during the track before rolling her eyes at the suggestion she “post more, wear less and most importantly, don’t be yourself.”Elsewhere the video, which can be seen below, takes influence from 1999 coming-of-age drama Human Traffic and sees Kayne and her mates throwing a rave in a record shop.‘Final Notice’ is apparently the start of a new chapter for Kayne with more music on the way.Earlier this year, she released debut EP ‘Playground Antics’.

MUNA have announced full details of their new album and shared the single ‘Anything But Me’, from the record.The self-titled follow up to 2019’s ‘Saves The World‘, will be released on June 24 via Saddest Factory Records.The Los Angeles trio shared a taster from the new record last September with ‘Silk Chiffon‘ featuring Phoebe Bridgers.Now, they have followed it up with new single ‘Anything But Me’, the cinematic video for which you can view below.“‘Anything But Me’ is a song about leaving a partnership simply because it doesn’t feel right.
