CORONATION Street hero Malcolm Hebden has been spotted for the first time in three years since quitting soap as Norris. The ITV soap killed off fan-favourite Norris Cole following 82-year-old Malcolm Hebden’s exit from the show after 27 years. Malcolm beamed as he stood alongside two pals.

KEN Barlow returned to Coronation Street last night - and fans were blown away by his appearance. The original cobbles star - who is played by 89-year-old actor Bill Roache in the ITV soap - has been off for months after contracting covid earlier this year.

Coronation Street fans were left in tears on Wednesday night as Weatherfield's residents discovered that Norris Cole had died. Norris, played by Malcolm Hebden, has been a key character on the cobbles since 1994 and he last paid a visit to the street in 2020.
