UFC legend Khabib mocks Jake Paul's fight offer and says he "has to learn a lot"
UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov has mocked Jake Paul’s invitation to fight in the Octagon after he invited the YouTuber to his new MMA promotion.Khabib retired from mixed martial arts in early 2021 with an undefeated record, having brushed aside popular names including mouthy fighter Conor McGregor.Now, the Russian has established his own promotion, ‘Eagle FC’, and offered a spot to YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul.Paul has won all five of his boxing fights since establishing himself as an internet personality, and replied to Khabib that he would accept his offer if his first fight was against the ex-MMA champion himself.Recently, Khabib responded to this suggestion when it was put to him by the hosts of the Full Send podcast.The fighter agreed that he’d invited Jake Paul to his promotion, noting: “If you want to fight in MMA – because he’s never fought in MMA, he doesn’t have experience – we can give him [the] chance, can sign him."But, Khabib rubbished Jake’s suggestion that his first fight in the new competition would need to be against Khabib himself.How quickly do you think Jake Paul would tap out against Khabib?
