Thom Yorke have announced plans for a special global screening event for their album ‘Tall Tales’.The duo will allow fans to listen to their record and watch an accompanying feature film on May 8, a day ahead of the LP’s official release. Thom Yorke have announced their debut album ‘Tall Tales’, and have shared their latest single ‘This Conversation Is Missing Your Voice’.The track features a pulsing beat along with a swirl of synthesisers and the Radiohead frontman’s soft voice singing: “I’m not your problem to be corrected / I can’t function with your mind injected,” over the eclectic backing track.‘This Conversation Is Missing Your Voice’ also comes with a vivid music video directed by visual artist Jonathan Zawada, who is known for his multi-faceted approach that incorporates both analogue and digital techniques. Thom Yorke has teased at an upcoming new release with Mark Pritchard, titled ‘Back In The Game’.The Radiohead frontman debuted the brand new song during his recent solo tour at a show in Christchurch, New Zealand in October – watch footage of that performance below.The track is thought to be part of a full-length collaborative record that Yorke has been working on with the Australian producer Mark Pritchard, and now both artists have posted teasers that signal the track might be released on Thursday (February 13).Yorke posted an enigmatic, abstract clip on his Instagram on Friday (February 7) which includes a brief loop of pulsing, horror-themed music, while Pritchard posted the same clip, as well as the message: “BACK IN THE GAME. 13.02.25.

On March 14, Jamie xx and the Avalanches will DJ at No Coal Zone, an Australian concert benefitting charities fighting the climate crisis. All proceeds from the event, held at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion, will support the charities ClientEarth and Immersive Climate Education. Also on the bill are a Midnight Juggernauts DJ set, Heaps Gay and Friends, Ptwiggs, DeepFaith, and a screening of Jonathan Zawada and Mark Pritchard’s “The Four Worlds.”
