LEGENDARY director Ruggero Deodato who made the most controversial film in cinema history has reportedly died aged 83. He was most famous for horror flick Cannibal Holocaust - which saw him tried for murder in Italy, and inspired Hollywood moviemakers Quentin Tarantino, Oliver Stone and Eli Roth. Deodato had a long career, starting as a highly regarded assistant director for Roberto Rossellini.

It would seem as if every Quentin Tarantino film always features at least one surprising, standout performance. The headline actors always deliver, but the real surprise is how amazing some of the supporting cast turns out to be, as those characters often are the more risky, interesting roles.

Quentin Tarantino is revealing that he wrote a role specifically for Adam Sandler for Inglorious Basterds but the comedic actor ultimately declined as he was already filming Judd Apatow’s Funny People.
