a bolder strategy on independence has announced his intention to become an MSP.Chris McEleny said today he would seek the party's nomination to stand in Greenock and Inverclyde at next year's Holyrood election.But he faces a tough task in unseating the incumbent MSP Stuart McMillan, who won the constituency for the Nationalists in 2016.McEleny and Western Isles MP Angus MacNeill are well known in the party for pushing their idea of a Plan B.
