Catherine Tate talks Doctor Who return on The One Show 12 years after BBC series exit
BBC's The One Show and addressed some certain Dr Who rumours.On Monday (March 14), she was welcomed onto the show by hosts Alex Jones and Jermaine Jenas, to talk about her new ventures.But during the conversation, Jermaine asked her if it was true she could be returning to the sci-fi series.Jermaine asked: "Now Catherine, there is a rumour going around that you might return for the 60th anniversary of Doctor Who..."To which she replied: "Is there? I've probably started a lot of them..."What can I tell you...? No, I wish there was."Alex then interjected: "Nothing?"Catherine then quipped: "Well, no one has been in touch. I'm on the same number, so if you've got the money, I've got the time."In the series, Catherine played Donna Noble who was a former companion of the Tenth Doctor.She departed from the series in 2010 and hasn't made an appearance since.This comes after Alex was left red-faced during Friday evening's (March 11) episode after Bryan Adams swore live on air.Brian appeared on the programme alongside Drag Race star Michelle Visage and spoke openly about his mother and how she made the decision to remove her son from school at age 14.Sharing the details, Bryan said: "She went to the headmaster and said 'I'm taking my son out of school, he wants to go and join a band.
