Pep Guardiola appears to have finally found a new assistant coach to replace Mikel Arteta, who departed Manchester City last year to become Arsenal's new manager.Juanma Lillo is reportedly set to link up with Guardiola after leaving Chinese Super League outfit Qingdao Huanghai, according to Spanish publication Marca.The 54-year-old has held a number of managerial roles all over the world and served as Jorge Sampaoli's assistant during his spells as Chile and Sevilla boss.The pair are close friends and Guardiola actually finished his playing career under the tutelage of Lillo, playing for him at Mexican club Dorados de Sinaloa.Recalling their first meeting after Barcelona side containing Guardiola beat Lillo's Real Oviedo 4-2 in 1998, Lillo.
