Paul Pogba has been told that he can still become an 'absolute superstar' by signing for Real Madrid. Speculation over the World Cup winner and his Manchester United future hit fever pitch during the summer following his performances for France at Euro 2020, and amid links with Madrid, PSG and Juventus.
Pogba, 28, returned to the Premier League in 2016 after four seasons in Italy with Serie A giants Juve. However, as things stand, United are prepared to let the Frenchman leave on a free for the second time in June next year when his contract expires.
PSG remain the bookies favourites to sign Pogba, but former Liverpool and Real winger Steve McManaman thinks Spain and La Liga would represent his best option right now.
