The honest approach of Arsenal star Sokratis Papastathopoulos will benefit Arsenal in the long run, according to Paul Merson.
The Greek defender has made it clear a lack of game time will see him consider his future in north London. Mikel Arteta is set to oversee a summer clear out as he looks to mould his Arsenal squad with his remit to push the Gunners up the table.
And the club's former player thinks an honest approach from players who don't want to be there will serve them well in the transfer market.
