The two roads will shut in both directions at junction 19 at Tabley near Knutsford from 8pm on Friday to 6am on Sunday, CheshireLive reports.
Motorway traffic will be able to use the slip roads as an 'up and over' diversion. It's the first of two full closures this month to allow concrete to be poured onto the new bridge designed to take traffic over the motorway on the A556.
