Ole Gunnar Solskjaer accused Ander Herrera of getting Fred sent off in Manchester United's 3-1 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
Substitute Herrera had only been on the pitch for five minutes when he was caught by Fred, who received a second yellow card in the 70th minute having surprisingly only been booked for an apparent headbutt on Leandro Paredes in the first half.
Solskjaer admitted that Fred was lucky to stay on in the first half, but accused former United midfielder Herrera of helping to get the Brazilian dismissed in the second. "Fred shouldn't put his head towards him [Paredes]," said Solskjaer. "I don't think he touched him.
