Police happened to be behind an off-road bike being ridden in Bolton Road, Radcliffe, when it crashed into the back of an 'innocent man driving his car out for a birthday treat'.
Officers say they 'stopped the rider from trying to get away', slamming him for 'thinking the road was his plaything, not paying attention to the road in front of him, and driving without a licence or insurance'.
A man was arrested and the bike seized. The man will appear in court, according to police, and the bike will be crushed. Officers have warned people to use a van to transport
