Manchester United set up a quarter-final FA Cup tie with Liverpool with their win over Nottingham Forest on Wednesday but it was what happened after full-time that has grabbed the most attention.

But Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo has rebuffed claims that his players were told to be over-rough on Fernandes during Wednesday’s FA Cup tie.
