Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
PSG ace Neymar has responded to Marcus Rashford’s Instagram post with the Manchester United forward remembering the famous win in Paris last March.
United knocked the Ligue 1 giants out of Europe with a memorable 3-1 victory in the French capital. Rashford scored a late penalty to secure progression into the Champions League quarter-finals after PSG had won 2-0 at Old Trafford in the first leg.
And the United striker was quick to remember that night this week, posting an image of him striking the tie-winning penalty alongside the caption: “March 6th 2019, What a night.” And Neymar, who missed the tie last year due to injury, was quick to respond to Rashford’s social media post.
