A new state law will bar tenant evictions and foreclosures on small property owners through May 1 amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The state Senate and Assembly are both expected to pass the COVID-19 Emergency Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention Act Monday afternoon and Gov.
