Dappa Homes has submitted plans to build 74 flats and houses on open land owned by the GMB Whitehouse Club in Crumpsall. Two apartment blocks housing 24 one and two-bedroom flats are planned near the entrance to the site off Middleton Road, near to where a new ‘state of the art’ clubhouse will be built.
