Lanarkshire lockdown hasn’t completely gone away following First Minister Nicola Sturgeon’s announcement at Holyrood today, with the latest restrictions applying nationwide.

No more than six people from a maximum of two households will be allowed to meet up socially, whether that be in your house or at a pub or restaurant.The new restrictions come into law on Monday (September 14) but Ms Sturgeon urged residents to start following them now.Other new regulations include mandatory face coverings for staff and customers when not eating and drinking in hospitality venues such as pubs and restaurants as well capping the number of attendees at weddings, funerals and civil partnerships at 20.Previous changes scheduled for Monday, September 14 have.
