Justin Bieber
Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Families of children with a disability or long-term health condition living in Dundee City, Perth and Kinross and the Western Isles who need financial support will be able to apply for the new Social Security Scotland benefits.
This is the first application-based disability benefit to be introduced by the Scottish Government and the pilot will be followed by a full national roll-out in the autumn.
Child Disability Payment will replace Disability Living Allowance for Children, which is currently delivered by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
