HOLLY Willoughby has revealed she has a new appreciation for her body after turning 40. The This Morning star released her debut book Reflections, which explores what it means to live a beautiful life, both inside and out, in the modern world, last week.

Promoting the book on her pal Fearne Cotton's podcast Happy Place, the presenter opened up about how she has learned to appreciate her body as she has got older especially after carrying three children.

Holly, who turned 40 in February, shared: "I've done this [self-criticism] a lot of this and particularly as you’re getting older when you hit your 40s, things change quite rapidly actually.
