A mum has warned people to be careful while walking on the beach after her children came across a 'dangerous' breed of jellyfish.
Michaela Broxap, from Hunmanby, said she found a lion's mane jellyfish - one of the world's largest-known species - washed up on the North Yorkshire shore.
She said she and her three children left the Primrose Valley beach shortly after the discovery. The sea creatures pack a powerful sting that can be incredibly painful for humans, reports LeedsLive.
