Mum's tears over sex attack anguish as teenager who raped son, 10, avoids conviction

Last week, the young victim, who is deeply traumatised by the attack, was awarded a ­significant five-figure sum by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).It will be paid into a savings.
