Taylor Swift

Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

mum left her two young children home alone and made them stay in the basement so she could go on holiday with her boyfriend without getting caught, police have said.

Kerry Caviasca, from Connecticut, left her kids to survive on snacks and told them to "just eat candy" for dinner while she vacationed for three days in Florida.

The school teacher was caught by police after her ex-husband showed cops a series of texts between her and the children, ages nine and 11, during her trip in late November, reports The Smoking Gun.

According to the arrest affidavit, the 36-year-old messaged her children and said “both of you stay in the basement" as she asked them to avoid going upstairs. The mum, who has custody of the children, received a text message from one of her kids who asked: "What are we going to have for dinner?"Caviasca replied: “Just eat candy I’m sorry” and “whatever is downstairs" before she promised that she would make it up to them.Things then became even more concerning after one of her kids asked: “Can I pee?”, to which she responded, “Quick no lights.”“I’m sad I put my batteries upstairs,” her child wrote in a follow-up text which prompted a response from the parent that said, “stay low so no one sees you.”Police confirmed that the mum was questioned last month but said she claimed that her brother stayed with her children while she was on vacation. But both children told authorities that they were unsupervised and claimed they were left in the house alone with just the dog.Caviasca was arrested for reckless endangerment and risk of injury charges on Saturday.
